Blog Space FAQ

Why Am I being asked to agree to the Terms and Conditions again?

Daniel has developed a new feature which allows us to force users of our free services to agree to a standard set of Terms and Conditions before they can post articles to their blog-space. This is an industry-standard practice, and our documents contain nothing out of the ordinary. Please do read the terms that you are agreeing to before you click the accept button.

From time-to-time, however, we may modify these documents, and as a curtosy to our users we require that all users accept the new terms the next time that they log-in to their account. This ensures that all users are aware of the current policies, and are notified when they change.

For our hosting customers, we will email notifications on any terms and conditions changes directly to your registered email address. Once we have done this, there will be a 30-day grace period to allow for delays in your receiving and reading of the message. Once this period is over, the terms and conditions will go “live”, and if you continue using our premium services after this date we will equate that to acceptance of the terms. If you are unhappy with the new terms, you are free to cancel your hosting account at any time.
