Who Are We?
IND-Web.com is a joint venture between two like minded entrepreneurs and very good friends from Australia and the United Kingdom who are highly skilled within the fields of computing and the Internet.
Our Goals
We aim to provide a high quality of service and expertise for our users while providing FREE customer support for our paid and non paying customers.
Our motto is ‘Yes We Can, Yes We Do and Yes We Have!‘ because we care about our users – if we do not have the product or service you require, then we will do our best to find you a solution – not just a ‘make do’ solution, but one we would commit ourselves to using.
We do this because we want our customers to know our humble beginnings, our dedication and our support – if you like us, then tell your friends… if you don’t like us, then tell us why and we WILL improve our quality of service – AND THAT IS A PROMISE!
Our History
IND-Web.com started life in 2003 as a hobbyist network for a group of like minded people who share similar interests in computers, networking and the Internet. It has evolved over time to supply the best services for Blogging, Professional Web Hosting, Dedicated Server Hosting, Web Design, Perl/PHP Development and Internet Consultation.
After several years of hosting IND-Web.com on a Beowulf Cluster and offering free services from home, we gained valuable knowledge about networks, servers, services, web programming and web hosting as well as Clustering Techniques including High Availability, Load Balancing, Redundancy and Failover.
We temporarily closed our doors to our customers on 19th April 2007 to emigrate from the United Kingdom and give our unborn daughter and ourselves a new life in Australia. Due to IND-Web.com and The IND-Network Cluster being a hobbyist venture, we could not relocate our services with ease. This has also taught us the importance of utilising high class Data Centres with our services and now are able to help our customers if they are ever in similar situations.
Today we concentrate on providing our services from Australia and the United Kingdom by combining the knowlege of our system administators covering both hemispheres of the globe.
